I'm Janet Farnsworth

I am a¬†body empowerment & intimacy coach, and the founder of Ready for Intimacy‚ĄĘ, a movement-based, spiritual transformation system to help women feel confident in their bodies so they can enjoy passionate, connected, and soul-satisfying intimacy. I am¬†also the two-time bestselling author of "Love Your Body: The Guide to Stop Making Your Body a Battleground‚ÄĚ & "Your Body is Your Superpower‚ÄĚ.

After 30 years supporting women heal body trauma - including sexual assault, addiction, disability prejudice, and eating disorders - I now travel the globe spreading the word about the miracle of every body and the rich relationships we deserve.

I am currently based on Maui in Hawaii, where I am happily letting go of my own old stories about the size of my thighs, and instead, alternate between enjoying gloriously fulfilling connection when with her beloved family, and nature hikes when on my own.

So, what actually happens when I sign up?

 

After purchasing a session, you will receive a welcome packet with details about place and time, as well as information about what to wear, self-care suggestions, and other preparation details.

You will then complete a pre-session survey, so you can start to zero in on that one issue you would like to work on. 

On the day of the session, I suggest you schedule two hours - 90 minutes for your Soul Body Alignment, and then another 15-30 minutes to rest, ground, or just do what feels good!

During the session, there will be time to check in, chat, and get comfortable.  Brainspotting itself requires you DO very little - just stay present, and follow where you lead.  There may also be an opportunity for more traditional psycho or somatic therapy, as well as intuitive energy work - depending on what best serves you that day.
