Sessions use a combination of time-tested and results-driven tools, designed to meet you exactly where you are, and move you towards your goals:

Somatic (Body-Based) Therapy

Work directly with physical sensations and the body’s signals—where many experiences and emotions are held.

By accessing this level, stored patterns can be processed and released, allowing for deeper, more lasting change.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting uses specific eye positions to access neural networks where unprocessed experiences are stored.

By holding attention in these points, the brain can process and integrate unresolved emotions, memories, and physiological responses—allowing the nervous system to complete and resolve what was previously stuck.

Psychotherapy

Explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and underlying patterns—often rooted in earlier experiences.

This may include parts work (IFS), bringing clarity and compassion to inner conflicts and protective responses.

Space to speak, reflect, and integrate supports meaningful, lasting change.

Intuitive & Energetic Feedback

When appropriate, I draw on intuitive perception alongside awareness of the body’s energetic patterns.

This can include sensing deeper layers within your system—such as unconscious patterns, relational dynamics, or ancestral influences—and bringing them into awareness in a grounded, supportive way.

The intention is always to support clarity, release, and greater coherence within your system.

So, what actually happens when I sign up?

 

After purchasing a session, you will receive a welcome packet with details about place and time, as well as information about what to wear, self-care suggestions, and other preparation details.

You will then complete a pre-session survey, so you can start to zero in on that one issue you would like to work on. 

On the day of the session, I suggest you schedule two hours - 90 minutes for your Soul Body Alignment, and then another 15-30 minutes to rest, ground, or just do what feels good!

During the session, there will be time to check in, chat, and get comfortable.  Brainspotting itself requires you DO very little - just stay present, and follow where you lead.  There may also be an opportunity for more traditional psycho or somatic therapy, as well as intuitive energy work - depending on what best serves you that day.
